At PestShield™, we’re proud to offer RELIABLE shipping on all orders to our customers.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after purchase. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.

During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Delivery time depends on your location. Please see below for approximate shipping times by country:

🇺🇸 United States: 4-7 Business Days
🇨🇦 Canada: 4-7 Business Days
🇦🇺 Australia: 4-7 Business Days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4-7 Business Days
🌍 Other International Orders: 5-10 Business Days

Please note: During peak times, holidays, or due to customs, carriers may experience delays outside of our control, which may extend the delivery timeframe.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may cause delays or cancellation.

  • If our system detects an address issue, our support team will reach out within 3 business days for verification.

  • If no response is received within that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@civorae.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best, changes after this time are not guaranteed.


Delayed Delivery

At PestShield™, we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier or courier disruptions

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • Customs delays (for international orders)

  • Product availability or address verification issues

If delays occur, we’ll notify you and do our best to work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

While rare, lost or stolen packages can occur. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is outside our direct control.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@civorae.com.

  • We recommend filing a claim with the courier, as they often require details directly from you.

  • Our team will also follow up with the courier on your behalf.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be recovered.

Please note: PestShield™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. These cases fall outside of our refund policy. In some cases, filing a police report may be required.

PestShield™ reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the most recent version before making a purchase.
